Minister GUC

Gift Ugochukwu Christopher, known by his stage name Minister GUC, is a Nigerian singer, musician, and gospel songwriter. He was born on October 8, 1993, in Port Harcourt and hails from Emohua Local Government Area, Rivers State. After completing his primary and secondary education, he enrolled at the University of Port Harcourt in 2013. GUC began his musical career in Port Harcourt as part of a music team with his friends. In November 2019, he was signed to the record label EeZee Conceptz, joining Mercy Chinwo, Judikay, and other gospel artists. He gained recognition following the release of his debut album, “The Message,” in December 2020, which includes hit tracks such as “All that matters,” “Desperate,” and “Yours.” In October 2020, GUC topped the list of gospel artists in Nigeria with the highest views on YouTube. In April 2022, GUC released his second album, “To Yahweh’s Delight,” comprising 13 tracks. GUC is currently married to Nkpoikana Ntuk (Nene Ntuk). The couple held their traditional wedding on November 4, 2021, and their white wedding on March 6, 2021, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. On March 6, 2022, the couple announced the birth of their daughter and first child, exactly one year after their marriage.
