Emmanuel Benjamin, a Nigerian gospel musician, vocalist, and songwriter, was born on September 9, 1979. He goes by the stage name Eben.

When Eben first began singing in 1997, his older brother helped him as a rapper. However, after realizing he had a gift for singing, he turned to gospel music. As a gospel singer, Eben rose to fame in 2005 following his first significant public performance at a youth conference led by Pastor Chris, where “Imarama” was initially heard.

Eben belonged to the Christ Embassy, which Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started, in 2006. “Imaranma,” “God Dey,” “Iwo Nikan,” “I Don Hammer,” and other songs are included on Eben’s 2007 first album “On the Rock.” His follow-up album, “Phenomenon,” was published in 2010. It featured a number of songs, including “Supper Man,” “Imele Papa,” and “Siya Nma.” “Justified,” another album by Eben, was published in 2013. It featured songs like “You Alone Are Worthy,” “Onye Nwem,” “How I Love You,” “For Ever,” and “All The Way.” In addition, Eben owns the record label Hammer House of Rock. Hammer House Ventures, his business division, focuses on event planning, music and video production, and interior design. In addition, there is another CD called “Magnified,” which has worship songs and songs like “Stayed On You,” “Everything,” “Idi Nma,” and “Lifted Hands.” When Eben published the song “Victory,” it went viral.

Joyful Noise 2019, a live event hosted by Eben on September 15, 2019, featured well-known gospel performers in addition to well-known American musicians Bob Fitts and Phil Thompson.

Eben wed fellow gospel singer Jahdiel (Grace Okoduwa) on November 30, 2013, and the two have three kids together. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of Christ Embassy sealed Eben and Jahdiel’s union in holy marriage during their white wedding in December 2013.
